Coming from 51-year-old vineyards at 550 meters above sea level, the grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster macerated for 12-16 hours, and fermented using indigenous yeasts. A rustic label with a fresh, savory, and balanced palate featuring floral and fruity aromas.
