White 'Uniko' Paladin 2024

Paladin's White 'Uniko' is a white wine of slight sweetness and great freshness, an immediate wine to drink young. It is part of a highly sensitive initiative of the winery, in fact this range supports AVAPO Junior, a project dedicated to cancer children. The Chardonnay and Sauvignon grapes are vinified separately to preserve the varietal characteristics. The nose expresses intense notes of white and yellow fruit, with floral and grapefruit hints on the finish. In the mouth it is soft, fresh and savoury, with a well-balanced slight sweetness.
