Champagne Brut Réserve is one of the most iconic and representative labels by Paul Bara maison, am expression of the Bouzy Grand Cru. Its elegant profile is played on notes of fruit and citrus, with delicate and precious nuances of candied fruit, honey and delicate spices. The taste is fresh, immediate, harmonious, balanced and very pleasant

The Champagne Brut Grand Cru "Reserve" by Paul Bara originates from the splendid territory of the Grand Cru of Bouzy, in the Montagne de Reims area, the cradle of the finest Pinot Noir in Champagne. It is the most important and symbolic sparkling wine, perfectly representing the style of the Maison. The blend features a very high percentage of Pinot Noir, which provides structure, power, depth, and a balance of Chardonnay, which imparts characteristic elegance and expressive finesse. The result is a Champagne with a classic profile, yet endowed with the typical personality of the great wines of Bouzy. Its citrus notes, candied fruit, and spices offer a complex and persistent sip, well supported by vibrant freshness.

The Grand Cru "Reserve" is a Brut Champagne that clearly expresses the idea of Champagne from this Maison of the Grand Cru of Bouzy. The Bara family has been involved in viticulture in Champagne since the mid-1800s, but it was only in the 1950s that Paul Bara began bottling his wines directly. Paul Bara cultivates about 11 hectares of vineyard, divided into about thirty small parcels, in one of the most interesting areas of the Montagne de Reims. Just over one hectare is planted with Chardonnay, the rest is Pinot Noir, which has been producing great wines in Bouzy for centuries. The quality of the grapes and a still artisanal care in the cellar ensure not only high quality but also a faithful adherence to the peculiar characteristics of the territory, creating labels that help to make the name of Bouzy known worldwide.

The "Reserve" Champagne by Paul Bara is a great expression of the best characteristics of Bouzy. After the delicate pressing, fermentation takes place in steel tanks. The vins clairs rest for several months before the creation of the final cuvée, and the second fermentation occurs in the bottle according to the Champenoise Method, with a stay on the lees of at least 24 months. The Champagne presents a straw yellow color with brilliant golden reflections, endowed with a fine and delicate perlage. On the nose, it expresses aromas of zest of citrus, fragrant fruit, candied fruits, soft hints of acacia honey, and delicate spicy nuances. The sip is intense, long, soft, taut and of good aromatic complexity with a harmonious finish that closes with pleasantly refreshing sensations.
