The Champagne Brut Moet & Chandon ‘Imperial End of Year’ is the perfect Champagne to celebrate the end of the year in style while toasting to the future with all the elegance of Moet & Chandon. This Limited Edition created specifically for New Year's features a charming white design with golden embroidery, an expression of the Maison's class. Founded back in 1743, the Moet & Chandon brand has established itself in the collective imagination as a synonym for luxury and prestige, conquering the major markets of the world. In 1869, the first bottles of ‘Imperial’ Champagne were marketed, which quickly became an icon of Champagne.

Moet & Chandon Champagne Brut ‘Imperial End of Year’ is crafted from a blend of Pinot Noir (30-40%), Pinot Meunier (30-40%), and Chardonnay (20-30%). In particular, Pinot Noir is used for its ability to provide body and structure, Pinot Meunier for softness, while Chardonnay adds finesse and elegance. The final blend includes over 100 different wines, including a 20-30% of vins de reserve. The base is sparkling through a bottle fermentation according to the Champenoise Method, with aging on the lees in glass lasting about 36 months. Following are the operations of degorgement and dosage Brut at 7 g/l of residual sugars.

In appearance, Moet & Chandon’s ‘Imperial End of Year’ Brut Champagne reveals a straw yellow color with greenish highlights and a fine, persistent perlage. The aromatic spectrum expresses intense and fragrant aromas of green apple, citrus, white flowers, dried fruit, and brioche. Notable mineral and cereal notes provide a backdrop, adding further complexity. Creamy and elegant on the palate, with pronounced freshness and caressing effervescence. The finish evokes perceptions of gooseberry, citrus, and bakery consistent with the sensations of the nose.
