Christophe Lefèvre’s Rosé de Saignée Champagne is an intriguing rosé sparkling wine, made from a single plot of 100% Pinot Noir with just a few hours of maceration on the skins. Unfiltered and with very low total sulphite content, it is a straightforward and honest Champagne, with lively, direct notes of red fruit and a meringue-like finish. On the palate, it has vigour, depth and remarkable length. It pairs effortlessly with the entire meal, whether with rich fish dishes or lighter meats
