Nicolas Therez's Cremant de Limoux Rosé Nature 'Tendance' is a rosé sparkling wine made in Languedoc from Chardonnay, Chenin and Pinot Noir. After aging for at least 18 months on the lees, the result is a fresh, fruity and citrusy wine that expresses delicate sensations of red fruits and wild strawberries on the nose, while the palate is lively, balanced and delicately mineral. Ideal to drink with fish crudités and delicate appetizers

The Cremant de Limoux Rosé Nature “Tendance” by Nicolas Therez is a Classic Method wine with a harmonious and fruity character, soft and satisfying. It is produced by a family-run domaine that has maintained a craft approach, based on passion, attention to detail, and respect for tradition. The excellent quality of the grapes, impeccable vinifications and aging processes, allow for a range of labels of high qualitative level. The delicate perlage is very fine, typical of the denomination, contributing to give seductive and velvety sensations of extraordinary expressive finesse.

The Rosé Nature “Tendance” Cremant de Limoux is produced at the estate of Nicolas Therez. The property of about 35 hectares is located in the territory of the Haut Vallée de l’Aude and is managed with the utmost respect for the environment, according to the principles of organic farming. The grapes come from vineyards of Chardonnay, Chenin, and Pinot Noir grown in the Haute Vallée, in an area situated near the first foothills of the Pyrenees, characterized by a very cool and breezy climate, with significant temperature variations between sunny days and cold nights. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are vinified separately by variety. After a gentle pressing, the free-run must ferments in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. After a few months of aging, the base wines are blended to create the final cuvée, which undergoes a second fermentation in the bottle according to the Classic Method, with a period of aging on the lees of about 18 months.

The Classic Method Crémant de Limoux Rosé Nature "Tendance", produced by Nicolas Therez, is a full-bodied, fruity, and broad sparkling wine, perfect for pairing with shellfish, fish stews, tomato pasta, and margherita pizza.
