Stella del Filare’s Franciacorta Rosé Dosaggio Zero is an elegant sparkling wine produced exclusively from the free-run juice of Pinot Noir grapes. The ageing process is relatively short – just two years on the lees – to preserve a crisp, fruit-driven character. The nose ranges from rosehip to sweet spices, with hints of crisp red fruits. On the palate, it is fresh and savoury with a harmonious and refined balance. Excellent with seafood risotto
