Il Farneto's 'God Save the Wine' is a lively and immediate sparkling rosé, which revives the rural tradition of bottle fermentation with the addition of only must. The nose reveals aromatic notes of ripe fruit and citrus, while the palate is dry and vibrant with mineral tension and citrus energy.
