Il Farneto's 'God Save the Wine' is a lively and immediate sparkling rosé, which revives the rural tradition of bottle fermentation with the addition of only must. The simple production process makes it perfect for immediate and spontaneous drinking. The nose reveals aromatic notes of ripe fruit and citrus, while the palate is dry and vibrant with mineral tension and citrus energy. Perfect with light cold cuts and vegetable dishes, ideal with a spelt salad with fresh herbs and cherry tomatoes
