'G' Auriel
Artisanal
Organic and biodynamicThe "G" by Auriel is a red wine with a spicy and genuine stamp, vinified in steel. With a discharged red color, spreads aromas of black pepper, oriental spices, cherry, berries and memories of undergrowth. The taste is incisive, fresh, tannic and highly expressive, with spicy returns.
The “G” by Auriel is a red juicy and with an intoxicating spiciness, a true delight capable of accompanying various culinary preparations with versatility. Auriel is a reality that has struck us since the first taste due to its ''luminous'', territorial wines that are free from any superstructure or sophistication. The cultivated hectares are just over 3, dedicated to Barbera and Grignolino, and grown with the utmost respect for plants and territory, abandoning the use of any chemical substances both in the vineyard and during vinification, and practicing modern biodynamics. The sensitivity and the ''happy'' hand in the cellar seal a meticulous work that allows bottling liquids of rare gustatory purity and detail. Without ifs and buts among the expressive peaks touched by the Monferrato area.
The red “G'” obtained from indigenous red grape varieties, grown in the heart of one of the most vibrant areas of Piedmontese viticulture. Both in the vineyard and in the cellar, as already mentioned, no chemical or synthetic substances, pesticides orherbicide, helping only with a bit of copper, sulfur, and natural preparations. In the cellar, after the harvest of perfectly ripe grapes, we strictly proceed with spontaneous alcoholic fermentations without filtering or clarifying the liquids, and with the addition of homeopathic doses of sulfur dioxide.
The wine “G” presents itself in the glass with a light and transparent ruby red color, but luminous. A splendid and refreshing olfactory impact, made of oriental spices, black pepper, currants, raspberries, and exotic hints. The lysergic olfactory impact is confirmed in a pleasantly spiced sip, but always harmonious and balanced. Freshness and a slight tannic friction enliven the sip, making the liquid ''dangerously'' drinkable. Delight.
