This Gin by Amazon Distillery is the first gin made in Brazil in a dedicated distillery. In addition to pure Amazonian water, 11 botanicals are used to make it, some of which are very special, such as Maxime, Cipò Cravo, Parà chestnut and water lily seeds. The colour is crystal clear and transparent, while the aromas released enhance the fragrance of juniper, laurel and pink pepper. The Amázzoni Gin is a bottle with a deeply territorial character, capable of conveying the ancestral and mysterious charm of the Amazon rainforest. A precious treasure trove of inexhaustible biodiversity, the rainforest is an unexplored territory rich in absolutely unknown plants. The distillery is located in the area of Rio de Janeiro and is the most important Brazilian reality that exclusively produces London Dry. The knowledge of the oldest customs regarding the use of Brazilian herbs and plants has allowed the creation of a Gin that synthesizes the authentic character of the Amazon.
The London Dry Gin Amázzoni is the result of an attempt to blend history and innovation, to create an original label. Its inimitable personality arises from a careful search for a perfect balance. To the classic botanicals, often used in traditional Gin recipes, such as juniper berries, lemon, mandarin, bay leaf, and pink pepper, five ingredients are added that express the authentic face of the rich biodiversity of the largest forest in the world: cacao, Brazilian chestnut, maxixe, water lily, and clove onion. It is precisely from this encounter that the charm of a distillate capable of expressing the personality of the production place is born. The final touch is given by the use of water of extraordinary purity and lightness, coming from springs located within a wild and unspoiled nature.

Refined and intense, it has an elegant and multifaceted olfactory profile, with unusual and captivating aromas of rare botanicals native to the Amazon rainforest, which enhance the classic citrus aromas of lemon and mandarin peel, the spicy and balsamic sensations typical of the distillate.
