The founder, Pietro Bordiga, is an an expert in herbalism and has been able to make the most of the rich heritage of plants, herbs, and flowers of the alpine flora. Most of the botanicals, particularly the juniper berries, are hand-picked in the Valli Occitane and processed while still fragrant, in order to extract all the aromatic richness. The distillation is meticulously cared for, to produce a Gin of great freshness and expressive purity.
