DiBaldo's 'Paracelsus' Gin is made through the distillation of individual botanicals and premium essences obtained from the international perfumery market. It has a smooth and extremely balanced palate that opens the door to hints of cologne, which slowly develop into Mediterranean hints and close the sip with aromas of cinchona

The ‘Paracelso’ is a precious and intense Gin created by Baldo Baldinini, a talented owner of Di Baldo who was named “Master of Art and Craft” in 2020. This Gin is identified by the producer himself as a “Cologne water to wear on the palate”. The olfactory collection of Di Baldo holds the most important aromatic collection in Europe, the result of decades of studies and research. Paracelso was a Swiss physician, astrologer, and alchemist who lived between the 15th and 16th centuries, considered one of the key figures of the Renaissance.

Di Baldo Gin ‘Paracelso’ comes from the union of various distillates and high-quality alcohols, skillfully produced and blended. The natural essences and botanicals come from the International Perfumery market, in line with the production philosophy and style of Di Baldo. As with the other Essences, the formula is absolutely secret, in order to protect the unique personality of the products created by Baldo. Throughout the entire production process, he rejects the use of any chemical additive, artificial coloring, or burnt sugar, as the naturalness of the processing is an essential prerequisite.

The Gin ‘Paracelso’ from Di Baldo offers intense floral scents of Cologne, followed by Mediterranean perceptions and nuances of bark, while on the palate the important alcohol content is well managed by the pleasant freshness. The producer's advice is to enjoy this Gin cold, neat, or mixed. For making a Gin&Tonic, it is suggested to use neutral tonics and plenty of ice, in order to enhance all the aromas of the spirit. Given its remarkable concentration and aromatic intensity, just one part of Gin for every 6 parts of tonic is enough to mix a balanced and complete Gin&Tonic.
