Grappa di Brachetto 'Piasì' Berta

This Grappa di Brachetto "Piasì" is a product with seductive aromas that envelop the nose with soft and delicate sensations, revealing a beautiful aromatic soul. Thanks to the pomace of Brachetto from which it is obtained, expertly selected by Berta, a distillery that, since the origins of its activity in 1947, has rewritten the history of Grappa, elevating this product to worthy quality standards. This is evident in this "Piasì", a label where the drinking experience is both subtle and satisfying.

The "Piasì" is a Grappa di Brachetto that originates from the distillation of the pomace of an indigenous Piedmontese grape variety, traditionally cultivated in the Astigiano area, where Berta, the Brachetto, is located. The pomace, once harvested and kept fresh during transport in hermetically sealed food-grade plastic containers, is distilled using the discontinuous method in steam copper stills. At the end of the processing, the Grappa is made rest for 12 months in wood, inside the spacious warehouses that run beneath the buildings of the distillery, before being bottled and marketed.

The Grappa di Brachetto “Piasì” Berta presents itself in the glass with an amber and bright color, definitely captivating to the eye.
