Santa Sofia Box 'Bianco, Rosso and Spumante' is a box set offering three different declinations of Santa Sofia wines, providing a varied overview of the winery's style. The estate processes grapes from the major production areas of the Veronese region, such as Valpolicella Classica, Valpantena, Lugana, Soave and Bardolino. From these territories the winery derives wines that tend to have a balanced and fragrant character, of great pleasantness, belonging to the white, red, sparkling and rosé categories.

The Santa Sofia 'White, Red and Sparkling Wine' Box includes three fine bottles made by the Santa Sofia winery: a Lugana, a Valpolicella Classico and a Spumante di Soave Brut. These are expressions played on attributes such as freshness and accessibility, an ideal introduction to their respective territories of origin. In particular, Lugana is made with only Trebbiano di Lugana grapes vinified in white by soft pressing and alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, the same containers where the maturation phase of several months takes place. The result is a white wine with fruity, floral and mineral aromas, excellent balance and freshness. Valpolicella Classico, on the other hand, is made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes, processed entirely in steel in such a way as to enhance the aromas and acid verve of the grapes. Finally, Spumante di Soave Brut comes from pure Garganega grapes, which are vinified in white before frothing in autoclaves according to the long Charmat Method, with as many as 6-9 months of rest in the same containers before final bottling. The process thus enhances the floral and fruity aromas of the grapes, with the taste characterized by a very slight residual sugar capable of balancing the sparkling wine's acid thrust.
