Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro 'Vigneto Cialdini' Cleto Chiarli 2021

This Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro “Vigneto Cialdini” wine is a celebration of joy and carefree spirit, characteristics that emerge from a genuine and authentic sip. Thanks to Cleto Chiarli, a producer that was the first to dedicate itself to the creation of typical wines from Emilia Romagna, since its establishment in 1860. A label with a winey and dry sip, featuring an elegant and evanescent foam, which manages to please both Italian and international critics with excellent scores.

The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro “Vigneto Cialdini” is born from the pure use of a grape variety that, for Emilia Romagna, represents more than a symbol, the Lambrusco di Grasparossa. The vines of this variety are cultivated with care and passion by the Cleto Chiarli team, and the grapes, once harvested, are traditionally pressed, macerating for 36 hours at a temperature between 10 and 12 degrees. The must is then racked and cooled, before fermenting and undergoing the foam capture in steel. The second fermentation occurs following the typical production principles of the Martinotti Method, in autoclave, where the wine remains until the bottling operations begin.  

The Chiarli “Vigneto Cialdini” is a Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro, which, to the eye, announces itself with a ruby red color, with a foam that tends towards violet. The olfactory spectrum tells of mainly fruity notes, from which lively mineral hints emerge, and slight spicy nuances. On the palate, it is light-bodied, sparkling, with a dry sip, flowing elegantly and refined. A label signed by Cleto Chiarli, perfect for both aperitif time and throughout the meal, to reserve a moment of pure enjoyment!
