Lambrusco Spumante Rosé Brut 'Cadelvento' Venturini Baldini

The Lambrusco Spumante Rosé Brut “Cadelvento” by Venturini Baldini features the delicate trait typical of a rosé and the joyful personality of Lambrusco, which here is expressed in its two main clones. Juice, fruit and finesse of the bubble blend in a glass that enchants with its inviting pink color, immediately evoking relaxing moments of conviviality. It reflects, in short, the landscape that frames the Venturini Baldini winery, located near the Roncolo hill. Here, besides the rows of vines, there are woods, meadows, and fruit trees, home to numerous wild animals living freely. In order to preserve this environment in all its naturalness, Venturini Baldini works following a method of organic farming.

“Cadelvento” is a Brut Rosé Sparkling wine made from a blend of Lambrusco di Sorbara and Lambrusco Grasparossa. The vineyards are located at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level and are defined by clay and sandy soils. The harvest takes place during the first decade of September; the grapes,Transported to the winery, they are gently pressed and the resulting must is sent for a rosé winemaking process, characterized by a short maceration phase on the skins. Once the base wine is obtained, a refermentation according to the Charmat method is carried out, that is, inside autoclaves.

Venturini Baldini Lambrusco Spumante Rosé "Cadelvento" has a beautiful bright light pink color. Its aroma recalls wild strawberries and other berries, enriched by mineral notes and vaguely herbaceous hints. On the palate, it shows good balance and a juicy character. It finishes with a citrusy note that emphasizes the freshness of the sip. It is a wine for the whole meal that enhances dishes seasoned with tomato sauces and much more.
