Joseph Lafarge's Macon Blanc is a Chardonnay produced on the limestone and clay soils of Burgundy. Fresh, round, vibrant and golden yellow in colour, this white wine is the result of minimally invasive practices, spontaneous alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and, finally, ageing in stainless steel. Very aromatic, it releases aromas of peach, almond and hawthorn, perfect with fish dishes or soft cheeses
