The Muscadet Sèvre et Maine Les Quatre Journaux is a white wine with a strong territorial identity, born from the characteristic gabbro soils of Pallet, an ancient volcanic rock rich in iron and magnesium widely found in the Pays Nantais, in the Loire Valley. In this context, the Melon de Bourgogne expresses a distinctive profile, characterized by citrus aromas, mineral notes, and delicate iodine hints. The sip is fresh and tense, balanced by a pleasant softness and a subtle savoriness that accompanies the sip until the finish. It pairs excellently with pan-seared scallops.
