The EVO Oil ‘Monte Etna’ by Tornatore is a very fine oil from Eastern Sicily. Only Nocellara variety olives are used, grown on Etna and partly in the area around Randazzo. This is an oil with a vegetal and fruity profile, with tasty hints of tomato pulp and leaf.
