'Orange' Christina 2022

Christina’s ‘Orange’ is an Austrian macerated wine made from Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Welschriesling (also known as Riesling Italico) grapes. The grapes are organically grown and harvested by hand when perfectly ripe. The winery carries out skin maceration for three weeks, followed by ageing in oak vats and 500-litre amphorae. On the nose, there are hints of ripe yellow fruit, tropical notes of mango, hints of dried fruit and light notes of white pepper. On the palate, it is velvety and rich, with a lively freshness and a savoury finish. Perfect paired with butter and sage dumplings
