Pecorino Offida from the Numa winery is a characterful organic white wine, full-bodied yet vertical. A very cohesive and intense wine produced exclusively in steel, it combines a fine, intense aromatic profile with a broad, fruity structure. The nose is complex, opening with citrus and exotic fruit before revealing its herbaceous nature, with hints of Mediterranean scrub. On the palate, it is smooth but structured, balancing richness and tension. Perfect with fish soup
