The Pinot Grigio from Nals Margreid is a simple and immediate interpretation of the Alto Adige terroir, characterized by an intense straw yellow color, followed by intense fruity aromas and slightly mineral notes. Obtained from nearly 80-year-old vines, it is fresh and balanced on the palate, with good persistence and structure.

Pinot Grigio is a high-altitude white wine from Alto Adige that Nals Margreid produces from old vineyards, located in a particularly suited area. Careful vinification and processing carried out only in steel make this label interesting in terms of the crispness of the aromas on the nose and the freshness felt on the palate during tasting. A bottle in which the minerality represents the core around which flavors and sensations develop. The final price at which the wine is offered is excellent, an additional element to consider given its high quality.

This Pinot Grigio comes from those vines located near the hill of Punggl, in the vicinity of the small municipality of Magrè. Here the terroir is characterized by the presence of a particularly clayey subsoil. The vines are over 80 years old, a peculiarity that makes each grape of Pinot Grigio rich in aromas and flavors. After pressing the grapes, the must ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. The wine then remains to mature in steel for five months, until the bottling procedures begin.

The Pinot Grigio Nals Margreid presents itself visually with a typically straw-yellow color, endowed with a beautiful intensity. The range of notes that envelops the nose resonates with a melody of aromas that are mainly fruity, enriched by some more mineral nuances, bringing us back to crushed rock. On the palate, it is light-bodied, with a nice smoothness and a refreshing sip, from which the mineral taste already perceived at the end of the olfactory examination emerges. A label that is particularly appreciated during aperitif time, but also throughout the meal, where paired with simple and light dishes, it knows how to express itself.
