Still Red wine, full bodied and intense, fruity, aged in oak barrel
Cantina della Sala derives its name from the Castello della Sala which was built in 1350 by Angelo Monaldeschi della Vipera. Since 1940 the castle and the estate belonging to Antinori, who, next to the ancient vineyards of Procanico and Grechetto have planted other grapes: Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir. From these vineyards comes this new Pinot Noir, which is a wine balanced and elegant with fruity and spicy notes, it will satisfy even the most discerning palates.
