The Cape Dreams Pinotage Rosé is a fragrant and immediate rosé made with the traditional South African grape variety. After a short maceration on the skins, it continues its aging in steel, maintaining freshness and lightness. The bouquet recalls hints of fresh flowers, small red fruits with a slight balsamic note on the finish. The sip is soft and balanced with good taste persistence. Ideal with simple and convivial cuisine, it naturally accompanies a dish of grilled shrimp.
