Pouilly Fuisse Bouchard Philippe 2024

The Pouilly-Fuissé by Philippe Bouchard is a wide and structured Chardonnay from Mâconnais, the southern and sunniest part of Burgundy. Fermented and aged in oak barrels with bâtonnage, it builds volume and complexity. On the nose, it is elegant, with a hint of yellow-fleshed fruit, notes of hazelnut and butter, and a toasted hint. On the palate, it is full and creamy, with vibrant freshness, a long and mineral finish, ideal with lobster or noble poultry.
