The Prosecco from Valdobbiadene Gaio of the Cantina Collalto is a modern expression of Venetian bubbles, with a fresh and balanced character. It presents itself in the glass with a light straw yellow crossed by a fine perlage. The aromatic profile is characterized by notes of ripe white fruit and light floral tones. The sip is refreshing and well-balanced in sweetness, with a fresh persistence.

on the hillside, on the south-facing slope of the San Salvatore di Susegana Castle hill. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are softly pressed and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. After a short aging period, the base wines are transferred to autoclaves for sparkling and second fermentation using the Martinotti or Charmat method.

The Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry "Gaio" by Collalto combines the immediate pleasure of a glass soft and easy to drink, simple and fragrant. It is produced with a majority percentage of Glera grapes and a small percentage of Verdiso and Bianchetta Trevigiana, grown on clayey soils resting on a base of limestone rocks. It appears bright straw yellow in color, with a fine and delicate perlage. It seduces the nose with aromas of white flowers, acacia, and orange blossom, scents of apple, pear, and ripe white peach. The sip is harmonious and enveloping, with rich and juicy fruit, well balanced by a savory and good freshness.
