The Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry from the Col del Sas Spagnol winery is a label that perfectly represents the classic version of Prosecco, with its smooth and harmonious character, thanks to the generous Extra-Dry sugar dosage. It is a sparkling wine made with high-quality grapes from selected vineyards and crafted with meticulous attention to detail, thanks to the experience and passion of one of the leading producers in the Valdobbiadene area. The beautiful sunny exposure, the cool, always very breezy climate and the suitable soils, mainly calcareous, allow Glera to express itself at the highest levels, with fresh, fruity sparkling wines that are easy to drink and capable of giving immediate pleasure.

Extra Dry Magnum Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore is the result of the craftsmanship of one of the most highly regarded wineries in the Treviso area. The Spagnol family has been present in the Colbertaldo di Vidor area for several generations and owns some prized land on the Col del Sas hill, which has always been renowned for the superior quality of its wines. The Glera grapes are grown in vineyards located in the best plots of the estate, among the beautiful green hills of the historic Valdobbiadene area. At the end of the harvest, the grapes are gently pressed to extract only the precious free-run juice. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The base wines are blended and transferred to autoclaves for the second fermentation according to the Martinotti or Charmat method, which lasts a total of about 45 days.

Magnum Spumante Prosecco di Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry is a bottle from the Col del Sas Spagnol range that perfectly represents the territory, its history and its ancient tradition. In the glass, it is straw yellow in colour with slight, bright greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. The nose is characterised by aromas of citrus fruits, pear, golden apple, white peach, hints of white flowers and aromatic herbs. The palate is enveloping, soft and pleasantly creamy, with ripe and delicate fruit, leading to a balanced, harmonious and pleasantly savoury finish. It is the ideal Magnum to enjoy as an aperitif or to accompany light seafood or vegetable starters.
