Ravello Bianco 'Selva delle Monache' Ettore Sammarco 2024
From our sommeliers
The Ravello Bianco 'Selva delle Monache' by Ettore Sammarco is one of the historic labels of the Coast, now a true brand of the Ravello winery. Made from Biancolella and Falanghina grapes grown on volcanic soils and trained in the Amalfi pergola style, it ages for several months in steel on the fine lees. On the nose, it offers a complex profile, where floral notes intertwine with hints of exotic fruit and a delicate touch typical of the local grapes. On the palate, it is lively and rightly fresh, savory and smooth. Ideal with a plate of spaghetti with clams
Colour:
