Red 'Uniko' Paladin 2024
Paladin's Red 'Uniko' is a fresh, drinkable red, a project that was created in support of AVAPO Junior to help cure sick children. Produced from slightly overripe Cabernet and Malbec, the key word is lightness: only steel and some whole berries give fragrance and juiciness. Fresh notes of small red fruits and hints of wild violets emerge on the nose. The sip is soft, round and well balanced, with a velvety finish. Drink with Mediterranean dishes, snacks or even a nice gourmet pizza
