Saint Joseph 'Cuvée Belive' Domaine Boissonnet 2020

Domaine Boissonnet's Saint Joseph 'Cuvée Belive' is a red wine made from 100% Syrah grapes grown on granite soils along the western bank of the Rhône. With this wine, Frédéric Boissonnet, the current owner, has revived a historic label from the estate to pay homage to his grandfather's cuvée of the same name. The bouquet is broad with hints of ripe black fruit, varietal notes of black pepper and toasted aromas derived from ageing in wood. On the palate, it is round and enveloping, with elegant, dense tannins and a long finish. Perfect paired with a grilled ribeye steak or a dish of stewed game
