The grapes come from the Pian del Dado vineyard, on clayey and calcareous soils, and are exposed to the breezes from Monte Amiata, which lend greater dynamism and tension to the palate. Prolonged ageing in stainless steel for 20 months enhances the varietal profile, maintaining freshness and smoothness. On the nose, it offers varietal hints of cherry and violet, enriched by balsamic notes, with spicy undertones and earthy notes on the finish.
