The Soave Filippi comes from old vines of Garganega, which are over 60 years old. The plants have grown in parcels with a hilly silhouette at about 400 meters above sea level. In the vineyard, the environment and nature are respected, using organic farming practices and paying particular attention to the recovery and enhancement of the oldest vines. The fermentation of the must in the winery occurs spontaneously in containers of steel, without subsequent filtrations but only by performing natural decantations. The final aging takes place in steel and lasts for 18 months.
