The "Clo Clo" Divella is a Rosé Classic Method with an energetic sip and a taut and wide backbone that appears, together with Ninì and Dady, to the Cuvée line with reserve wines. Divella is a small production company that is located in the eastern borders of Franciacorta and that today has 2 hectares of vineyards with a very small annual production. Alessandra has been involved in this wine adventure since 2005, has taken out her soul as a winemaker and has started to dedicate herself to the vineyard full time, with a philosophy that aims to produce wines made as once in a craft.

The Zero Dosage "Clo Clo" is a sparkling wine vinified in rose with Pinot Neroi grapes that come from limestone and clay soils, from vineyards located at 350 meters above sea level. In the vineyard systemic treatments and weeds are banned, to which interventions with exclusively copper, sulfur and Cuban zeolite are preferred, in full respect of nature. The alcoholic fermentation, activated with only spontaneous yeasts, begins in used barriques of first and second passage and matured in the same casks for some months. After the addition of reserve wines, the sparkling wine ages on the lees for 42 months and after disgorgement no sugar dosage is added.

Divella’s "Clò Clò" is a rosé sparkling wine, feminine, elegant and of great personality. To the eye there is a beautiful intense pink with intriguing textures due to the non filtration and non clarification before bottling. It offers enveloping notes of small red fruits to the nose with fresh and balsamic touches of aromatic herbs. In the mouth it enters sharp, expressive and not at all pandering, with the classic fresh and enveloping sip. The fine effervescence of the glass will perfectly support the fat of the salami and the savory texture of raw and cooked fish dishes.
