For production, in fact, only the best adult plants of the prized variety of Agave Blu cultivated on the plateaus of Jalisco are used. The ideal climate and the vocated soils of the territory allow for obtaining a high-quality agave. The plants are cut by expert jimadores and then worked artisanally to extract the precious heart. After cooking in traditional ovens, the agave is chopped and fermented. A double distillation in steel stills is then carried out to achieve maximum finesse. The tequila ages for a year in American oak barrels.
