Riazul's Añejo Tequila is a fine distillate that comes from the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. The Riazul company was founded by Inaki Orozco, an entrepreneur who inherited some land from an ancestor. Having aged for at least two years in ex-Cognac barrels, it has an amber color and a complex aromatic proflil: pineapple, caramel, ripe banana, vanilla, with subtle hints of cooked agave and cinnamon on the finish.
