The Teroldego Rotaliano "Etichetta Rossa" from Cantina Rotaliana is a cheerful and carefree Trentino red wine, aged exclusively in steel to maintain a juicy, lively, and vibrant freshness on the palate, accompanied by a lively and cheerful tannin: it expresses intense and defined notes of red fruits like currants and raspberries, fresh violets, and black pepper, framed by delicate vegetal notes.

“Etichetta Rossa” Teroldego Rotaliano produced by Cantina Rotaliana is a Trentino wine full of fruity aromas, which enhance the varietal thanks to a process carried out exclusively in steel. The sensation of exuberant dynamism continues on the palate, where the tannins become lively and the drink flows easily. A perfect bottle to pair at the table with land menus, wonderful with a porcini mushroom risotto.

The Teroldego Rotaliano “Etichetta Rossa” produced by Cantina Rotaliana originates from the vineyards in the Piana Rotaliana. We are in an area characterized by well-drained subsoil, where alternating layers of pebbles, gravel, and sand can be found. The Teroldego vines grow with the double pergola system. After the soft pressing of selected grapes, the must ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks. The production process concludes with the aging phase, which lasts 6 months and takes place entirely in steel. Once this rapid aging is completed, it is bottled, and in glass, the wine undergoes an additional semester of maturation before being put on the market.

The Teroldego Rotaliano “Etichetta Rossa” from Cantina Rotaliana dazzles the eye with a beautiful shimmering color, between ruby and violet. Delicate and subtle on the nose, structured on notes of small berries and fresh flowers, enriched as the wine “breathes” with classic tertiary hints. In the mouth the elasticity of the sip strikes, capable of enveloping the palate with speed and precision, highlighting a fresh imprint. One would want to exclaim "Long live the Campo Rotaliano" after tasting this label, where the price is also astonishing!
