The grapes, hand-picked in the first half of September, after vinification, referment in the bottle for the secondtime, remaining in contact with its own yeasts for at least three years.

The Maximum is a Trento Spumante Brut that manifests in the glass with a straw-yellow color; the perlage that is observed to the eye is fine-grained, with excellent persistence. The range of aromas that develops on the nose is fragrant, with fruity and floral notes that slowly give way to hints of yeast.
