The Brut Blanc de Blancs “Maximum” Trento Spumante is born in a winery that has made history in Italian sparkling wine and still represents an essential reference point today. Founded by Giulio Ferrari in 1902, it is a symbol of quality and excellence, thanks to a a range of excellent quality labels. The grapes come from a careful selection of the best Chardonnay plots, located at an altitude between 300 and 600 meters above sea level. The vines are cultivated on the sunny slopes rising towards the alpine peaks, with exposure facing southeast and southwest. The cool climate and significant temperature variations allow for harvesting in the first half of September grapes with very rich aromas. The bunches are gently pressed and the free-run must is sent for fermentation in temperature-controlled steel tanks. After a few months, the base wines are blended and the second fermentation takes place in the bottle according to the Metodo Classico, with a minimum aging period on the lees of at least 30 months.
