“Le Vaglie” by Santa Barbara is a Verdicchio Classico dei Castelli di Jesi originating from tuff and sandy soils, exposed both to the southeast and northeast, at an altitude of about 260 meters above sea level. The Verdicchio vines grow using the inverted espalier system. The vinification takes place in steel tanks with constant temperature control and has a
