The Vermouth Bianco by Levi comes from a careful selection of white wines based on Arneis and red wines based on Nebbiolo with an infusion of herbs and spices typical of the Langhe and with a small addition of Grappa from the Romano Levi Distillery. The result is an intense, spicy and aromatic Vermouth, wrapped in fresh notes of citrus fruits, officinal herbs, sweet spices and mentholated puffs

The Vermouth di Torino Bianco Superiore Romano Levi is a true excellence, made by one of the most famous distillers of our peninsula. It is a label that recalls an ancient Piedmontese tradition of making fortified wines, not through long aging as is customary in other regions, but using young fortified wines made aromatically complex thanks to the infusion of herbs and spices. The version by Romano Levi can count on a careful selection of botanicals from the hills of Langhe and on the addition of a small percentage of his precious grappa, which gives the Vermouth a particularly unique aromatic finesse.

Vermouth Bianco di Torino Superiore is produced by a distillery that has become legendary. Romano Levi, in addition to producing a range of high-quality grappas, which for decades have been considered among the best by the finest connoisseurs, has also reserved part of his production to pass down the ancient tradition of Vermouth. A liqueur that in recent years is experiencing a moment of renewed interest from new generations in search of novelties. Thanks to its particular elegance and finesse, the Vermouth Bianco, in addition to being enjoyed neat, is particularly suitable as a base for elegant and refined cocktails, inspired by the ancient taste of classic recipes or modern mixology.

The Vermouth di Torino Bianco Superiore by Romano Levi is made with care and artisanal passion. It is born from a selection of white Piedmontese wines, based on the native grape variety Arneis and reds, based on Nebbiolo, the prince grape of Langhe. The aromas are the result of long infusions of aromatic herbs collected in the countryside of the Langhe area, including the precious artemisia and fragrant spices. The final touch is given by an addition of grappa by Romano Levi. It presents itself in the glass with a straw yellow color, with particularly intense and rich aromas, revealing notes of medicinal herbs, citrus peels, aromatic herbs, spices, and fresh balsamic hints. Warm and enveloping on the palate, it offers a sip harmonious and complex, finishing with pleasant hints of mint and spices.
