The White Oak Distillery has established its headquarters by the sea to take advantage of a mild climate particularly favorable for the maturation of distillates. It is a reality that has maintained an artisanal character, with a meticulously cared production, starting from the excellent selection of raw materials, up to the distillation processes carried out according to the best classic protocols. The distillate matures in new oak barrels, in barrels previously used for aging American Bourbon and Andalusian wines from Jerez de la Frontera. Before bottling, it concludes the aging process with 6 months in barrels used for Oloroso sweet wine.
