The Vignoble Du Reveur winery, founded in 2013 and run by Mathieu Deiss, is a young wine-making entity located in the city of Bennwihr, France. This domaine, built on quaternary gravel soils, has quickly gained international renown for its distinctive white wines, produced using organic and biodynamic methods. Mathieu, after graduating from the oenology school in Toulouse, initially worked with his father before deciding to independently manage the winery, owned by his uncle. Through sustainable viticulture and traditional vinification in wooden vats, the protagonist of this story has imposed his vision of winemaking respectful of nature, always following his motto: to place dreams at the center of the world.

The work in the vineyard and cellar at Vignoble Du Reveur is focused on seeking maximum quality and valorizing the terroir, with particular attention to environmental conservation and respect for Alsatian winemaking traditions. The company exclusively uses grapes from its own vineyards, thus guaranteeing the authenticity and consistency of the final product. Mathieu's wines, characterized by unique freshness and complexity, faithfully reflect the peculiarities of the quaternary gravel soil on which the vines are cultivated.

Vignoble Du Reveur represents a tribute to family history and the desire for independence. Founded as a new chapter in the family's winemaking tradition, the winery is committed to keeping alive the legacy of Mathieu's maternal grandfather, who fought for his independence and the freedom to cultivate his own grapes. Through conversion to organic and biodynamic agriculture, the Domaine embarks on a path of research and experimentation, with the aim of reinventing the concept of wine and exploring new frontiers in winemaking. The Bennwihr vineyard represents the beating heart of this vision, offering an ideal environment for the production of young and fresh wines that best express the character of the Alsatian terroir.
