"Adarmando" is a white wine of great territoriality from the hills of Montefalco, obtained from ancient ungrafted vines nearly 90 years old of Trebbiano Spoletino. The bouquet is fragrant with elegant hints of yellow and tropical fruit, yellow flowers, and aromatic herbs, and evokes a full and voluminous sip, enlivened by a pleasant freshness and minerality.

The Tabarrini winery has always nurtured a dream: to create a great white wine in a terroir where reds are the center of attention. An ambitious desire that, thanks to Giampaolo's great vision, becomes reality, passing through the rediscovery of a typical Umbrian grape variety, Trebbiano Spoletino. The "Adarmando" is a white of great depth, which combines a varied range of aromas with a fresh sip where the salinity is the key to remarkable persistence. A bottle that Giampaolo dedicates to Armando, his maternal grandfather with a strong and inflexible character, just like this Umbria IGT, which presents the territory of Montefalco in a new and intriguing guise.

Tabarrini produces the Adarmando from an indigenous grape variety of the territory, Trebbiano Spoletino, obtained from old vines still on their own roots, whose age reaches almost ninety years. The vineyards, located about 350 meters above sea level and facing southeast, sink their roots into a soil characterized by a silty and clayey subsoil. The grapes, after the harvest, they ferment in stainless steel tanks thanks to the use of indigenous yeasts, and they remain here for about 12 months to refine; then follows the bottling phase, after which the wine matures directly in glass for another 9 months.

The "Adarmando" is a white wine that, in the glass, presents itself with a straw yellow color, crossed by light golden reflections. The nose reveals a perfect symphony of complex and layered notes, where fruity and floral memories transition to briny nuances and aromatic herbs. On the palate, it is broad, voluminous, with a temperamental sip, characterized by a saline vein and a pleasant freshness; it finishes with a persistent finale, marked by a mineral aftertaste. A balanced and truly satisfying bottle that, if there were still a need, once again attests to the great quality of Tabarrini's products.
