'Proyecto Airén 80%' Tomas Torresano is born in La Puebla de Almoradiel, in Castilla-La Mancha, from a low-intervention winemaking project. The Airén and Garnacha Tintorera grapes ferment separately in steel, macerating on the skins for twenty days, then they are blended before bottling without filtration or clarification. The color is a bright pale pink, the nose recalls hints of red currant, strawberry, and pomegranate, while the palate unfolds fresh and fruity, with herbaceous and floral notes and a long, savory finish.
