Marcel Zanolari's 'Monello' is a blend of two international grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Cabernet Sauvignon. It undergoes a very short maceration at a controlled temperature, so that it remains silky and smooth despite the intense raw material. The nose reveals aromas of dried blackberries, plums and gooseberries, while the palate is dry with a graceful finish. Excellent with roast chicken with vegetables or fresh cheeses such as crescenza
