Domaine Hauvette's 'Roucas' is an elegant, terroir-driven Provençal red wine that is fresh and floral. It is an elegant blend dominated by Syrah, with Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cinsault playing exceptional supporting roles. The nose reveals black fruits, spices and intense Mediterranean scrub, while the palate is moderately full-bodied, savoury and well-balanced, ideal with roast meats and regional cuisine such as lamb with herbs or ratatouille
