The Alta Langa Brut by Vite Colte is a vintage sparkling wine based on Chardonnay and Pinot Noir that is aged for at least 30 months on the lees. On the nose, it offers a very fresh and delicate bouquet that recalls notes of yeast, bread crust, crunchy citrus, floral essences, and light hints of dried fruit. It is elegant and smooth on the palate, supported by juicy freshness, pleasant sapidity, fine effervescence, and a wide citrus trail.

The Alta Langa Brut "Cinquecento" by Vite Colte is a sparkling wine made using the Classic method, showcasing great elegance and freshness, born from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines cultivated on the splendid hills of Cuneo. We are right in the heart of the famous sparkling wine denomination of Piedmont, which in recent years has been gaining increasing and deserved success, establishing Piedmont as a land suited for both great reds and surprising bubbles. The credit also goes to great wineries and cooperatives, like Vite Colte, which from the very beginning believed in enhancing this DOCG and, more generally, contributed to the spread of the wine culture of the area. Today, the Vite Colte cooperative, which has over 180 members, represents a model of quality production and a significant reference point for many regional realities. This pleasant and refined sparkling wine also testifies to that, perfectly embodying the most sought-after profile of Piedmontese bubbles.

The Brut "Cinquecento" Vite Colte comes to life from young vines that take root in ancient sedimentary soils

of marine origin, covered by clays and layers of marls and sands. The rows rise between 500-600 meters in altitude and, benefiting from the favorable environmental conditions of the area, give birth to bunches rich in aromas and flavors. The Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are hand-harvested and vinified separately. After soft pressing, they are fermented at controlled temperatures until the following spring. The second fermentation occurs in the bottle according to the dictates of the Classic method and lasts for at least 30 months on the lees.

Alta Langa Vite Colte "Cinquecento" presents itself in the glass with a straw-yellow color with greenish hues, marked by a fine and long-lasting perlage. On the nose, it is fragrant and juicy, with aromas of bread crust, light bakery notes, floral essences, hints of citrus, white fruit, and nuances of dried fruit. On the palate, its Piedmontese character emerges: decidedly fresh, gratifying, and linear, teased by a delicate effervescence and savory-mineral nuances.
