Amaro Bello is the new project of Riccardo Soncini, a young bartender from Reggio Emilia who has always been present on the national and international scene. We are talking about a bitter of pure Italian inspiration, containing more than ten infusions and distillates of botanicals from the Bel Paese, including juniper, rosemary and elderflower, to name but a few. With bright, bright tones, Amaro Bello is warm, smooth, floral and slightly bitter, thanks to the rhubarb and gentian that make up the winning mix. Its medium alcohol content makes it the perfect ingredient for mixing, but even neat or with a few ice cubes it knows its stuff!
AmarBello is an all-Italian liqueur with a elegant and drinkable taste created by the young internationally renowned bartender Riccardo Soncini, an entrepreneur in the world of liqueurs and distillates. Thanks to his ability to reinterpret tradition in a modern key, Riccardo has won numerous national and international awards, establishing himself as a reference figure in the world of mixology despite his young age. After opening several venues in Reggio Emilia, the idea for Amaro Bello was born in 2022, where the adjective "Bello" aims to represent a term recognizable worldwide, an expression of strong positivity in any field of application.
The production of Amaro Bello by Riccardo Soncini begins with the selection of fine botanicals sourced from all over Italy. Among the ingredients used are particularly rhubarb, gentian, juniper, rosemary, chinotto, sweet orange, bergamot, lemon balm, and elderflower. The botanicals are infused for a variable period in an alcoholic solution, with the infusion then being sweetened to balance the bitter taste of the herbs used. The final packaging takes place in a bottle with a minimalist design made mainly of recycled glass, decorated with an elegant black label with a classic imprint that aims to evoke the style of Italian high fashion.
AmaroBello has an amber color with bright tones and brilliant reflections. On the nose, intense aromas of rhubarb, gentian, rosemary, and juniper emerge, blending with sweet notes of almond, citrus hints of chinotto, sweet orange, and bergamot, and floral memories of lemon balm and elderflower. The sip is warm and soft, elegant and pleasantly bitter, with a surprisingly elongated finish that emphasizes citrus and floral sensations.
