The Amarone 'Mai dire Mai' by Pasqua is an intense expression of the Venetian tradition, born from the dedicated vineyards of Montevegro. After three months of drying, the grapes are ready for vinification. The result on the nose is fragrant and intense, with hints of dark and red fruits combined with hints of medicinal herbs. In the finish, intense spicy and toasty notes are perceived, a legacy of the new wood used in aging. On the palate, it is rich and complex, with great warmth and supported by expressive tannins. An elegant and powerful wine, perfect with intense meats such as goose or wild boar.
