“Aspirant” by Casa Caterina is one of the red creations by Aurelio Del Bono, a red of unexpected finesse and character. Here, the multifaceted giant of Monticelli Brusati produces another little gem, which would drive even the best tasters crazy in a blind tasting. After all, it is known that Aurelio has never been a tamed character, and the desire to engage with different types and grape varieties is innate and relentless. The red “Aspirant” is obtained from pure red grapes coming from vineyards that rest on clay and limestone soils of alluvial deposits. In vineyard operates in a vigilant and conservative manner, intervening only when strictly necessary, just as in the cellar, where alcoholic fermentation occurs spontaneously and in the case of the Aspirant no sulfites are added before bottling.

The wine “Aspirant” presents itself in the glass with a dense and consistent ruby robe.
